General Storage FAQs:
1. How do I go
about renting a unit?
Simply call 561-833-6697 and speak with our owner/manager
about your storage needs. We'll work with you over the phone or arrange a convenient date and
time to review your storage options.
2. Are your units climate-controlled?
All of our units are climate controlled
for a set temperature range and humidity.
3. Does Arc Rib Storage provide locks
or can I use my own? Who has keys to my unit?
Rib Storage provides new, sealed locks for sale or you may use your own. Only you have the key to your unit
4. Do I have to sign a long-term lease or can I rent month-to-month?
You may rent month-to-month; no long-term lease is
required. However, we do offer discounts to our long-term rental clients.
How much notice is required before I move out of my storage unit?
None; simply move out and sweep out your unit when finished. It is your obligation to notify
management of your move to avoid additional charges.
6. How and when can I
access my unit?
You will be assigned
a four digit computerized personal code to gain access to the storage building Monday through Saturday 6:30 am-6:30
pm. We are closed Sundays and all major holidays.
7. Is insurance required
for my stored items?
You are responsible
for the items you store at Arc Rib Storage and insurance is your election. Check with your insurance agent; you may be
covered under an insurance policy you already own. Arc Rib Storage offers affordabe insurance through Bob Bader Company.

8. Do you offer boat, utility truck, motorcylce, or RV parking?
Arc Rib Storage has several outdoor, uncovered gate
enclosed parking spaces for rent. Rates depend on size of vehicle and length of stay. Call or e-mail for a free,
no obligation quote.
9. How do I go about utilizing your free loaner box truck
for my move-in?
Our box truck is available for
limited local moves by our clients only. Valid driver's license and insurance required. Certain other restrictions apply.
